Policies and important information

Refund Policy: For all products purchased online and or made by Nesha Jay Creates will not be returnable. Once payment is received and confirmed, SALE IS FINAL 

Return Policy: Nesha Jay Creates are not accepting returns unless items are deemed defective upon initial arrival and inspection.

Mockups: Mockups are provided to ensure that the design and spelling of names and quotes are correct. Up to two changes are allowed to the mockup. Any additional changes will be a $25 fee.

Marketing: Due to the hard work, all custom party favors will have Nesha Jay Creates branding on it. If you prefer not to have the marketing information on your designs, there is a $80 removal fee. 

Creative Hours and Shipping: Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process orders. All items are shipped through USPS. Please allow an additional 3-6 business days to receive your package. Tracking information will be provided. Once packages are scanned with USPS Nesha Jay Creates is no longer responsible for your items.

Nesha Jay Creates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your items are missing for over 24 hours please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for items sent to wrong addresses and will not provide a refund if so.
